What is a Compressor / Blower
Compressors and blowers are pump types that are used to move a volume of gas by increasing the gas to a moderately higher level of pressure.
The simplistic difference between a Blower and a Compressor is that a blower moves a large volume of air/gas with a moderate increase of pressure whilst a compressor moves a lower volume of air/gas but to a higher pressure than that of a blower.
The category classes include Side Channel Pumps, Radial Compressor / Blowers, Oil Free Rotary Vane pumps, Rotary Oil Vane Compressors and Dry Vane Vacuum Blowers.
Applications for Compressors & Blowers
Compressors and blowers are used in industrial and petrochemical applications.
